1. Connect the spectrophotometer to the power supply and preheat it;2. Add the standard solution/sample solution to the cuvette that has been washed with the corresponding standard solution/sample solution, and dry the liquid on the outside of the cuvette with absorbent paper, especially the smooth surface needs to be wiped clean with absorbent paper;
3. Place the cuvette in the absorption chamber, cover it, and read the reading;
4. After reading, wipe the instrument clean and wash the cuvette with distilled water.
